    Beautiful well kept grounds that are easily accessible with ample spacious parking. Warm reception in comfortable surroundings. Efficient friendly staff. Wide selection of food available. Cost not an issue.

    The weather was good on the day of our visit and we were enchanted with the gardens and found a great variety of plant life. We took lots of photos as there was lots of colour. The gardens themselves were quite extensive and well maintained. Very enjoyable.

    Afternoon tea. Plenty. Only fault would be didn't get a top up of tea, although we did get extra hot water when we asked. Scones very large, would have suited us better if smaller. Service excellent, accommodated a vegetarian and coeliac with no problems.
