We purchased a king size wooden bed frame, side tables and mattress from the Uddingston store and the bed is extremely poor quality and we have had to pay for materials and joiners to improve the bed as it has broken several times and even collpased whilst we were sleeping on it! We have contacted the shop many times, they never answer the phone and never reply to online enquiries. We have left several messages on their answering machine, still no response! Awful customer service, poor quality products and a massive waste of time, extremely dissappointed and will never step foot in this shop again!
