    Only been here to buy parts. No parts desk though. You are simply made to wait on the sales floor until someone calls the parts dept and they come to you. Then they go away for another 10 minutes to check stock & prices then return. Then they go away for another 10 minutes to get the parts & invoice. Nice way to force people to look at the new cars (nothing else to do for 20 minutes) but not a very nice way of handling customers in my opinion. Also, do not under any circumstances give them your registration plate, phone number or email address "just for the invoice" unless you want bombarded with marketing when your cars service/MOT is due!
